The 4 Pillars of Health Protocol

This protocol has been developed by someone who has a simple mind but loves to do research.  Maybe getting healthy isn’t as complicated as it seems.  When a body of water turns bad all you need is a good source of nutrients, oxygen, enzymes and bacteria to bring it back to health again.  Our bodies aren’t that different!

Feel free to share this protocol with anyone.  Keep in mind I’m not a doctor and I’m not saying this protocol is medical advice.  You definitely should consult a doctor or health care practitioner that you trust prior to doing anything.  However, nutrients, oxygen, enzymes and bacteria are all foundational parts of health and have existed for tens of thousands of years.

The Four Pillars of Health Protocol

The Four Pillars of Health—Nutrients, Oxygen, Enzymes, and Bacteria—form the foundation for optimal well-being. A deficiency in any of these areas can lead to chronic inflammation, a root cause of many diseases, including cancer. This protocol provides a scientifically grounded approach to addressing these pillars.

Nutrients

Key Recommendations

  1. Vitamin D: 2000 IU/day

    • Scientific Basis: Vitamin D enhances immune function and reduces inflammation. Studies show that adequate levels may lower cancer risk, particularly colorectal, breast, and prostate cancers.
    • References: Garland et al., Anticancer Research, 2014; Holick, New England Journal of Medicine, 2007.
  2. Magnesium: 1000 mg/day

    • Scientific Basis: Magnesium supports over 300 biochemical reactions, including DNA repair. It has been linked to reduced cancer incidence.
    • References: Rosanoff et al., Nutrients, 2012.
  3. Potassium: 300 mg/day

    • Scientific Basis: Potassium maintains cellular homeostasis and counteracts sodium-induced inflammation.
    • References: Geleijnse et al., Journal of Hypertension, 2007.
  4. Olive Leaf Extract: 1500 mg/day

    • Scientific Basis: Contains oleuropein, which has anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer properties.
    • References: Hashim et al., Journal of Ethnopharmacology, 2015.
  5. Milk Thistle: 500 mg/day

    • Scientific Basis: Silymarin in milk thistle supports liver detoxification and has demonstrated anti-cancer effects.
    • References: Deep et al., Cancer Letters, 2010.
  6. Turmeric Root Extract: 700 mg/day

    • Scientific Basis: Curcumin in turmeric inhibits inflammatory pathways and may prevent tumor growth.
    • References: Aggarwal et al., The Journal of Biological Chemistry, 2003.
  7. Quercetin: 660 mg/day

    • Scientific Basis: A flavonoid with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects.
    • References: Anand et al., Phytomedicine, 2008.
  8. Reishi Mushroom + Turkey Tail: 1500 mg/day

    • Scientific Basis: Polysaccharides in these mushrooms enhance immune response and exhibit anti-cancer properties.
    • References: Wasser, International Journal of Medicinal Mushrooms, 2011.
  9. Honokiol: 800 mg/day

    • Scientific Basis: Found in magnolia bark, honokiol induces cancer cell apoptosis and inhibits angiogenesis.
    • References: Fried et al., Oncogene, 2009.

Dietary Guidelines

  • Avoid sugar and processed foods.
  • Focus on vegetables, fruits, nuts, whole grains, and organic meats.
  • Juice three times daily if possible to enhance nutrient intake.

Oxygen

Key Recommendations

  1. Red Light Therapy (RLT): 15 minutes/session

    • Scientific Basis: RLT enhances mitochondrial function and oxygen utilization.
    • References: Hamblin, Photomedicine and Laser Surgery, 2017.
  2. Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) Therapy: 45 minutes/session

    • Scientific Basis: Improves cellular repair and oxygen uptake.
    • References: Funk et al., Electromagnetic Biology and Medicine, 2009.
  3. Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT): 1 hour/session

    • Scientific Basis: HBOT saturates tissues with oxygen, aiding healing and reducing inflammation.
    • References: Feldmeier, Undersea and Hyperbaric Medicine, 2003.
  4. Exercise with Oxygen Therapy (EWOT): 15 minutes/session

    • Scientific Basis: Enhances oxygen delivery and cardiovascular health.
    • References: Sklarew, Oxygen Therapy, 1985.
  5. Infrared Sauna: 45 minutes/session

    • Scientific Basis: Promotes detoxification and improves circulation.
    • References: Crinnion, Alternative Medicine Review, 2011.

Frequency

Perform these therapies three times per week. Additionally, take a 20-minute walk daily in fresh air to boost oxygenation.

Enzymes

Key Recommendations

  • Start with 10 pancreatic enzymes daily and gradually increase to 30 enzymes daily:
    • Morning: 10 enzymes, 45 minutes before breakfast.
    • Lunch: 5 enzymes.
    • Afternoon: 5 enzymes.
    • Dinner: 5 enzymes.
    • Evening: 5 enzymes, 2-3 hours after dinner.
  • Use coffee enemas twice daily (morning and afternoon) to support detoxification.

Special Considerations

  • Reduce the dose if enzymes cause constipation.
  • Stop temporarily if flu-like symptoms occur, then resume after five days.
  • Avoid large doses in cases of:
    • Ascites (abdominal fluid).
    • Severe liver involvement.
    • Obstructions in the colon.
    • Difficulty swallowing pills.

Scientific Basis

  • Enzymes support digestion and reduce inflammation.
  • References: Gonzalez et al., Pancreas, 2005; Kelley et al., Alternative Therapies in Health and Medicine, 2010.

Bacteria

Key Recommendations

  • Use high-quality probiotics with 1-20 billion CFUs/day.
  • Incorporate fermented foods (yogurt, kefir, sauerkraut, kimchi).
  • Drink raw goat milk if available.

Cancer Prevention and Treatment

  • Probiotics support gut health, modulate immune response, and reduce inflammation.
  • May alleviate chemotherapy side effects like diarrhea and gut inflammation.

Scientific Basis

  • Gut microbiota play a critical role in immune function and cancer prevention.

Conclusion

This protocol integrates evidence-based strategies to support the body’s natural healing processes. By addressing deficiencies in nutrients, oxygen, enzymes, and bacteria, individuals can reduce inflammation and support overall health. As with any health intervention, consult a healthcare provider for personalized recommendations.
