Welcome to The Healing Oasis (thehealingoasis.ca), a cancer wellness retreat operated by The Healing Oasis Resort Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, booking a retreat/cohort, or participating in any of our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Our programs are holistic wellness retreats focused on supporting individuals in their cancer journey through nutrition, lifestyle practices, emotional support, workshops, and complementary therapies in a peaceful, nature-based environment.We emphasize a holistic approach: we believe the body has innate healing mechanisms, and the most effective support combines physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual elements. We encourage all participants to fully engage with the entire program rather than attending for one specific treatment.

We make no medical claims whatsoever. Our programs are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease, including cancer. We do not offer medical treatment, and nothing provided replaces conventional medical care, advice, diagnosis, or treatment from qualified healthcare professionals. We do not guarantee any health outcomes or results.
To reserve a spot in one of our cohorts or retreats, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Your spot is not officially booked until:
Accepted payment methods include e-transfer, wire transfer, credit card, or bank draft payable to The Healing Oasis Resort Inc. The remaining balance is due by the date specified in your booking confirmation (typically prior to arrival). Failure to pay the balance may result in forfeiture of your deposit and cancellation of your reservation without refund.
There’s a separate price for Canadians (CAD) and one for Americans (USD).
We have a strict no-refund policy due to limited cohort sizes, advance preparations, and resource commitments. Deposits and payments are non-refundable except in the following limited circumstance:
We cannot guarantee that your spot will be filled. Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email) to info@thehealingoasis.ca. No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows, partial attendance, or early departure.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any cohort for any reason (e.g., insufficient enrollment, force majeure events such as natural disasters, health emergencies, or government restrictions). In such cases, we will offer a full credit toward a future cohort at our discretion.
All participants are required to sign a separate liability waiver prior to attending. By attending, you acknowledge and agree:
You represent that you are in suitable physical and mental health to participate and have consulted your physician.
We expect respectful, cooperative behavior. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose conduct disrupts the program, endangers others, or violates our policies, without refund. Full participation in the program (including meals, workshops, and activities) is encouraged for the best experience.
All content on our website and in our programs (text, images, materials, curricula) is owned by us or licensed to us and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it commercially without written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
